Pre-Order allows you to place an order for a bassinet before it restocks at our warehouse. This guarantees your receipt of one upon its arrival. Pre-orders are charged at the time you place your order. Items are expected to ship by the estimated ship date. The item may ship slightly earlier or later due to time estimates and US Customs processes. Which are currently unpredictable due to changes. We can not guarantee the exact ship date, but our estimates are pretty close.
If you are due soon or you are attending a baby shower, please do not make a pre-order selection. We absolutely can not rush or expedite the arrival of items which are indicated as Pre-order. Once received, they will be shipped by Standard Shipping unless the customer chose rush shipping. We can not compensate for delays on pre-order items. Only items which have Pre-Order in their selection are on pre-order. All others ship within a 7 days.
