Lost/Stolen Claims
We promise to find solutions to any damage that arises as a result of shipping, including part replacement and any shipping charges resulting from returns and exchanges of damaged items.
However, once delivered, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to contact the courier or police about any loss or delivery disputes. Please choose insurance at checkout if you are delivering to a risky address.
We are not able to reship or refund items which are confirmed delivered, by the courier. If you live in a high risk area, we ask you to select Signature Confirmation/Insurance service at checkout to cover possible stolen items. Emails are sent immediately after items ship and should be followed by the recipient until delivery.
