  • How much is Shipping?

    Shipping is based on weight, the number of shipments in your order, and where the item is shipping to. Place the items you would like to order into your cart and before payment, you will be shown a preview of the shipping cost. Orders over $250 to the contiguous USA ship for free.
  • How soon will I receive my order?

    For all in stock items, your order is prepared within 3 business days. After this, your item will arrive within 5-7 business days within the Contiguous USA. Packages to Hawaii and Alaska take between 4-10 Days. All Other Countries and locations: 4-10 Days.
  • Item shows delivered but is not here?

    If an item is delivered by courier, with photo confirmation and is taken from your home, we are unable to replace this item. This is a case of theft from your property and a police report should be filed. Please order package protection to assist with any incidents of lost or stolen packages.
